Life Insurance Questions

Apart from the fact that the insurance companies want to make a profit at the same time as giving you cover for unfortunate events; although one is never really sure which is their uppermost aim! The insurance company would need to ascertain the amount of risk it would want to handle so that it doesn’t run into loss covering life policies. Why put oneself in a disadvantaged position just because you want to offer help to someone else? That is the reason why when you apply for life insurance the insurance company might seem to be asking much details or even prying but this is needed in order to determine the actual premium to be charged. You must be careful to honestly answer all the questions asked to the best of your knowledge; putting false information may lead to severe and unwanted consequences later e.g. denial of one’s claims. Some insurance companies might deny prospective applicants’ insurance policies just because they feel the individual is not insurable, but nonetheless you must never falsify your answers or replies.
